This may be my favorite cartoon I've ever done. I loved taking a national news story and applying it locally.No matter where you stand politically, President Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize was a surprise and, yes, kind of hilarious. The hilarity that stemmed from this news revealed some possible criteria for winning the award this year...
